I've lost 3lb in 4 sessions without trying to lose weight. My main goal was to get cortisol level down and get all the energy to make right decisions in life.
This was the first step on that journey.

High cortisol levels in females can cause a variety of symptoms, including:

Weight gain: Especially in the face and abdomen, with fatty deposits between the shoulder blades

Skin changes: Bruising, purple stretch marks, thinning skin, and increased acne
