Capability’s adult programs are designed to help individuals with disabilities achieve their highest level of independence, confidence, and community engagement. Through personalized plans, educational programming, and real-world experiences, we empower adults to make choices, build skills, and live fulfilling lives.

From daily living skills to social development and community involvement, our programs focus on strengths while supporting continued growth. We believe independence isn’t about doing everything alone. It’s about having the right support to live life on your own terms.
