A little rant for this one. This isn’t an accepted custom for Physical Therapist, Chiropractors, or any other related industries. I’ve never understood why it’s a custom in the Massage Industry and don’t believe it brings any benefit other than so the spa doesn’t lose money from these type of customers. It sets a wrong tone and it shouldn’t be a factor at all if you’re not that type of spa to begin with. We do not and will not hold these types of policies.
