When walking 50 feet feels impossible… something deeper is going on.
This client came in barely able to walk 10–50 feet without needing to sit due to severe back and glute pain. Daily activities were exhausting, and her tolerance for movement was almost nonexistent.
We focused on treating both the source and the symptoms. Her plan included dry needling, shockwave therapy (shown in the video), and hands-on myofascial/adhesion release techniques targeting areas contributing to nerve compression.
We paired that with core and glute activation work—plus a structured at-home program to reinforce progress between sessions.
Session by session, things started to shift. She’s now walking farther—with significantly less pain—than she has in years.
She’s not at the finish line yet, but her quality of life has already changed in a big way. And that’s what real progress looks like.
If you’ve been told to just “live with it” or feel stuck in a cycle of pain, there are often layers that haven’t been addressed yet.
If you’re dealing with chronic pain, nerve pain, or something that “just won’t go away,” there’s another level of care available.
