Moving into has been such a blessing. The vibe, the space, the people—everything just clicked.

This year was a lot of: assess → treat → re-test → adjust… and watching you go from “this has been stuck forever” to moving better, hurting less, and getting your life back… that’s the best part of what I do.

When stem cells, epidurals, and even manipulation under anesthesia don’t fix your shoulder and neck pain… it starts to feel like you’re out of options.

Eric Nicksick came in with chronic neck pain and a locked-up shoulder (5–7/10) that never really went away despite trying all of that.

Instead of chasing the pain, we went after the cause 👇

If I had chronic pain… I wouldn’t treat it the way most people are told to.

Because after thousands of hours treating tough cases, I can tell you this with confidence:
Most chronic pain doesn’t go away because people are doing the wrong things… or relying on the wrong providers.

Here’s the truth:
✔️ An MRI can’t tell you why you actually hurt.
✔️ Ignoring pain never makes it disappear.
✔️ Pills don’t fix chronic pain — they just turn the volume down.
✔️ Adjustments and massages feel good… but they rarely fix the real dysfunction.
✔️ “Certified” doesn’t mean “skilled” when it comes to dry needling.
✔️ And surgery should never be your first move.

If I had chronic pain, I’d want someone to treat the entire system — joints, muscles, fascia, nerves, strength, stability, and movement patterns — not just the symptoms.

That’s the approach I use with my patients. And it works.

Greg showed up with shoulder and hip pain that wouldn’t quit.
Not “a little sore” — he was stuck.

I did this instead:

Treat → test → re-test → repeat.
If the test doesn’t change, we change the plan.
If it does, we double down.
