Position: Personal Care Assistant (part-time)
Compensation: Depends on experience
Location/Hours: Varies with each client

Employment Requirements include:

1. Current Two Step TB (You provide)
2. Physical (within the last 6 months) (You provide)
3. Trained Personal Care assistant (We provide)
4. CPR Certified (You provided)
5. Criminal Background Check
6. MUST BE 18 years old
7. Must wear Scrubs

We understand that it is costly to complete all these requirements-these are requirements set by Medicaid. We expect potential employees to complete the 2 step TB and physical on their own and we will cover the cost of your Training once those requirements are completed.
We provide an exclusive training program to ensure you are comfortable in your position.
We also offer direct-deposit and guarantee your pay check on pay days.

Job Requirements:
-At least 1.5 years of OFFICE Experience
~Valid DRIVERS LICENSE
~ MUST HAVE Vehicle with proof of valid auto insurance
~ CPR and First Aid Certification
~ Physical (not more than 6 months old)
~ 2-step TB test (from within the last 12 months)
~ 3 Years clean DMV driving record history
~ Clean Criminal and Background
~ Must be able to pass a drug test

JOB DUTIES:

-Able to use and learn scheduling software
-Software experience with Word, Excel and other applications
-Thorough knowledge of the caregiver's responsibilities
-Thorough knowledge of licensing standards for home and community support services, and other appropriate codes and regulations as required
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, conversational, telephone and written
