The long awaited backpacking recap! ✨
2 weeks ago Dr.Grimes and his nephew, Jason, took their fourth annual backpacking trip across the Colorado Trail. In only 5 and a half days they hiked 90 miles, leaving only 120 miles left to go on the trail for next year’s trip!
Doc saw things from bears to baby moose, and even a hand made water spout in the middle of a stream made from a leaf and rocks! Though there were many ups and downs, and highs and lows, they met so many different people along their journey, and this trip is something they look forward to every year.
Dr.Grimes wants to constantly remind all of you to work hard, but play harder! Be sure to take time for yourself and spend time doing things you love. We only have one life so we need to make sure we are enjoying it! Get up and move your body!!! 🥾🏔️🐻🍃☀️🫎

Get to know our team!✨

This is Emma - she’s the one you get to chat with when checking into your appointment! Emma recently graduated from college with a Bachelors degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and is working at GFC until she can test to become a crime scene analyst for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

She is a little shy at first, but once you get to know her, you’ll see her sarcastic and dry sense of humor…she’s hilarious! We are so happy to have her on our team for as long as we can.

Emma was born and raised in Las Vegas, and just moved back after 4 years in Flagstaff, AZ! (Go jacks!) She loves to travel, snowboard, and attend any and all music festivals. She is always up for an adventure and loves meeting new people! 🕺🪩
