I wanted to shout out these beautiful women , Trish and Melissa 🖤🖤🖤🖤
I received a text from both these women in the same week , telling me they have to stop coming for a little while because they got hurt , flared up previous injuries , but look at these bad a** ladies go !!! They both are having to modify because their injuries are in their legs , and their mean coach (me 🙋‍♀️ lol) made class do tons of kicks today, so here these ladies are , doing whatever they have to so they can continue to show up for themselves ❤️‍🔥
Their dedication in the face of the odds they've been faced with is truly inspiring and I thought that level of medication needed to be recognized 👏

And now to do my duty as a Coach , I'll leave y'all with this - you can absolutely listen to your body AND be stronger than your excuses , and these ladies are your walking proof 💪
