Have you ever tried Mushroom Coffee? And no… not the psychedelic ones 😁

There are a lot of great health benefits! As a Nurse Practitioner at a Women’s Health clinic, many of my anxious pregnant mamas always ask me - “How do I know when to go to the hospital?”

I always go over the 5-1-1 Rules…

⭐️ 5 - When the contractions are coming consistently every FIVE minutes

⭐️ 1 - When the contractions are lasting close to ONE minute

⭐️ 1 - When this pattern is happening for at least ONE hour

🚗 GO STRAIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET ASSESSED!! 👶🏻

The American Academy of Pediatric (AAP) recommends starting tummy time as early as the first week of birth. Of course, it must always be supervised and preferably on your chest as you are laying there watching TV.

As babies get a bit older, you can prop them up as shown in the video.

And remember to take lots of pictures! 📷 They grow up so fast! ❤️
