For years I assumed my body would tolerate whatever I demanded of it.

Hours in forward head posture.
Shoulders internally rotated.
15–20 degrees of cervical flexion under magnification.

Small errors. Repeated thousands of times.

Last year my left arm went numb. Cervical disc herniation. A wake-up call.

This wasn’t about toughness.
It was about ergonomics and longevity.

Upgrading my visualization changed my posture immediately.
Less cervical flexion. More neutral spine. Less strain at the end of the day.

Longevity in surgery isn’t accidental.
