The Birthplace at Spring Valley Hospital offers a variety of pre- and post-natal classes, along with tours and a breastfeeding support group. One of our most popular classes is Daddy Boot Camp, a dads-only class that covers practical skills like holding, swaddling, feeding and diapering, as well as how to soothe a crying baby, create safe sleep environments and navigate those first days at home.

Led by experienced NICU nurses (and real dads who’ve been in your shoes), this fun, interactive workshop will help dads-to-be feel prepared, confident and ready for their new role.
