Need some Monday motivation? Meet Luciana, RN, who began her journey at Spring Valley Hospital in 2023 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for learning and delivering exceptional patient care. Luciana pursued nursing school, growing her skills and confidence every step of the way. During her final six months of nursing school, she transitioned into a Nurse Apprentice role, gaining hands-on experience that helped prepare her for the learning curve of becoming a nurse.

Now, Luciana is a Registered Nurse in one of our Medical Surgical units! We are so thrilled that she continued her career journey with us. She states, “I am grateful for the support and opportunities I’ve received and remain committed to continuous growth as I build my nursing career.” Congratulations to Luciana and thank you for sharing your journey with us!

This holiday season, one of our nursing units stepped beyond the walls of the hospital to give back to the Las Vegas community. We were honored to volunteer at Opportunity Village, spreading joy, laughter, and holiday spirit to those we serve. Giving back together reminds us that compassion doesn’t end with patient care—it extends into our community. ❤️✨
