The best part about this job? It doesn’t feel like one.

There’s nothing like watching a client catch their reflection and seeing that shift—when they don’t just look beautiful, they feel it from the inside out.

We’re giving “Smooth Operator“ a whole new meaning!

This is what 8 sessions of laser hair removal looks like: 95% of the hair is gone, and what’s left is so fine, it’s barely there.

It’s actually pretty common for our clients to totally forget about their underarms for weeks, only to laugh when they finally spot one stray hair that’s grown surprisingly long! At this stage, we’re just doing quick touch-ups every few months to catch those last few slow growers. So basically, the “I forgot to shave” phase is officially here 😉

Can you believe these photos were taken only 45 minutes apart?

This client has struggled with dry rosacea for quite some time, and on this day, she was feeling more inflamed than usual. Normally, our options would be limited, but thanks to FactorFive’s Exofecta Exosomes, we were able to deliver incredible results safely and effectively.

This treatment was a true team effort! My talented colleague Stacy from The Skin Klinic expertly applied the exosomes after cleansing. We then let the client relax under the red light for 30 minutes—and that’s it! Within minutes, the heat and inflammation began to dissipate.

It has been a week since her treatment, and she is still calm and redness-free. Her makeup is applying smoother than ever, and she is thrilled. (If you’re wondering about the small red spots: those are broken capillaries that were previously hidden by the diffuse redness. We’ll be treating those in the coming weeks!)

The truth about acne? It’s genetic. You’re either prone to breakouts or you aren’t, and even when your skin is clear, that underlying tendency is still there. Because of that, treatment is never a ‘quick fix’ or a one-size-fits-all situation. I’m a huge believer in combination therapy. For this specific client, we played the long game. Over the last year, we adjusted her lifestyle habits and rotated through facials, peels, and microneedling. She still has her moments, but the transformation from day one to now is night and day.
