Our duties include: Conduct public education activities, Distribute information on enrollment, Facilitate enrollment, Refer people to the appropriate agency if they have questions, complaints or grievances, Provide information to the community, Refer people to other options in the the market if they not qualify for the insurance exchange, Assist the Insurance Exchange in educating and enrolling Nevada uninsured population to become insured.
