There is no time line on grief.
Some people process grief quickly.
Some don’t.
Some can’t process at all because of the deep pain and loss they experience.
Instead of judging another’s pain, use love and kindness to support their healing.
I don’t really even think we HEAL from a loss. I think it’s more about managing those emotions.
