It’s so hard to juggle all the things we have to carry these days… and it isn’t any easier for kids than it is for adults.

I see the challenges Zen goes through in elementary school… the very sobering realities of some the heavy things we are collectively facing as a society and as a planet in this day and age, and the ways it affects his consciousness. There is absolutely no sheltering these kids anymore with all the access they have to information and technology, and just how dang smart and perceptive they are ✨

It’s such an honor to share the self regulation tools that have worked so well for me and my family with the community at large, and to be able to do that in a way that is accessible and affordable through the offerings at the community rec center 🤗 what a gift 🙏

Thank you Felisha Aguilar for the opportunity to present a little taste of the magic that yoga has to offer at the “Try it Out” event! I’m so excited to be sharing these beautiful offerings at the multigen starting in January 😍 what an honor 💕

As things feel heavier, we’re all carrying so much more than we’re used to. Most often carrying things that are not even ours to carry. At a time when we all need each other, taking the opportunity to unburden ourselves so we can have even more capacity to be of service is an utmost necessity. Super grateful to all the yogis who showed up to do that this morning so that we can move through life’s challenges with more freedom and ease 🙏 a Beautiful practice this morning .sanctuary today! We started with Free Yoga on Saturdays at Quintessence 9:30am 🧘‍♀️ the classes filled up so we also added Free Yoga Wednesdays at 9:30am.

When both those classes are consistently full we will add another one 🙏 the goal is to have a FULL SCHEDULE of freeee yoga classes with a variety of teachers throughout the week 🤗

Please reserve a spot and come practice with us, and help spread the word so that we can make yoga accessible for everyone in our community with free yoga classes every day of the week 🤸
