Brandon Lucero is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with over nine years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Known for his compassionate care and strong work ethic, Brandon has built a solid foundation in patient support and clinical procedures.

He currently works at MCFC, where he brings his extensive clinical background and recently acquired phlebotomy license to support high-quality, patient-centered care. Prior to this, Brandon served as a Medical Assistant at Foot and Ankle Specialists assisting specialized procedures and managing patient care in a fast paced outpatient setting.

In addition to his healthcare experience, Brandon is a Captain with his local volunteer fire department, where he leads emergency response operations and provides vital support during fire and medical emergencies. He is also a Certified Wildland Firefighter, trained to respond to complex incidents in rugged terrain.

Its time for another MCFC introduction.
Clarissa has been with the clinic since the new ownership. She has been the rock for many of us throughout this time. She has been one of the key team members that makes MCFC so special.

Clarissa Antrillo is our Front Desk (reception) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) manager. She is a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Front Desk Manager with over ten years of experience in managing patient services and administrative functions within the clinic setting. Throughout her career, Clarissa has been instrumental in creating efficient workflows, ensuring a positive patient experience, and maintaining seamless operations in fast-paced environments such as private practices, clinics, and medical offices.
With a proven track record in managing front office operations, she excels at supervising front desk staff, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed with precision and professionalism. Known for her exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, Clarissa plays a key role in maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction, confidentiality, and care.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day front desk functions, she works closely with clinical teams, insurance companies, and management to ensure that all patient-related processes, from check-in to check-out are efficient and accurate. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, empathetic atmosphere that makes patients feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
Clarissa holds a certificate in customer service training and HIPPA compliance, and is committed to continuous improvement through ongoing professional development. As a part of her commitment to enhancing the healthcare experience, she constantly seeks new ways to streamline office operations, reduce wait times, and improve patient communication.
Clarissa is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals living with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD, by providing personalized care coordination and support. Clarissa is committed to reducing hospital admissions and ER visits by monitoring patient progress through regular follow-up phone calls to ensure that patients are adhering to their care plans and preventing complications. In this role she takes pride in serving as a patient advocate further bonding their relationships with their specialists and Primary Care Providers.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys camping, spending time with family, watching movies, and taking random road trips with her husband and two kids.

Good morning community and happy Sunday!
Another introduction: Please recognize/meet Agnes Hern.
Agnes has been with MCFC for almost a year now!
She has warmed the hearts of many of our patients since and I look forward to her continuing to warm their hearts for a long time!

Agnes Hern is a receptionist known for her friendly demeanor, professionalism and dedication to patient care.
She currently supports the front desk team with warmth and efficiency, helping create a welcoming environment for evert patient and visitor.
Agnes brings a well-rounded background to her role, having previously worked at Direct Healthcare Home Health where she still serves on a daily basis, as well as spending three years working for the City of Las Vegas.
In addition to her strong administrative and healthcare experience, Agnes holds a Pharmacy Technician Certification giving her a solid foundation in medication knowledge and healthcare operations. Driven by a passion for hands-on patient care and long term growth in the medical field she is currently focused on getting into nursing school to pursue her goal of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN).
Agnes' blend of public service, healthcare knowledge and a welcoming presence at the front desk makes her an asset to both her patients and her team. Her commitment to helping others continues to guide her path forward in the healthcare profession.
