History
Established in 1969 by Dr. Morrison. Renamed and purchased by Dr. Coker in 2014. Dr. Coker's interest in vision began as early as middle school while raising Guide Dogs for the Blind. He later attended University of California, Davis and obtained his bachelors degrees in Biology and Psychology. Dr. Coker continued on to graduate from Pacific College of Optometry outside Portland, Oregon and began practicing optometry in Las Vegas, NV in 2009. In October 2014, Dr. Coker became the new owner of EyeCare About Vegas. He practiced alongside Dr. Morrison for a year before Dr. Morrison retired. He now continues Dr. Morrison's tradition of treating every patient like family. Dr. Coker and staff enjoy yearly trips to Opportunity Village during Halloween and Christmas when they decorate the office tree for the holidays while donating and giving back to the amazing non-profit operation
