⚔️ 3 ways high performers protect their mental energy:
1️⃣ THEY REGULATE BEFORE THEY PERFORM
Not after burnout hits. Before the big presentation, interview, or exam. 2 minutes of intentional breathing changes your output.
2️⃣ THEY TREAT RECOVERY AS PART OF THE STRATEGY
Rest isn’t weakness. It’s maintenance. You wouldn’t run a machine at 100% with zero maintenance. Your body is no different.
