Let's talk about caregiver burnout and your tips for avoiding it. Pay attention to your body's warning signs- fatigue, headache, irritability, difficulty concentrating, stomach pains, and so many more. To reset take a few deep breaths, take a walk, talk to a friend, read a book, take a nap. Take care of yourself so that you are able to care for your loved one. Reach out for more recommendations. We'd love to hear from you!
