We are a community based practice that specializes in chiropractic care for the entire family. In addition chiropractic care, we also offer Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and creative visual relaxation (CVR) sessions in our Mind Spa. A great first day at our 2nd location in Henderson! This doll Maggie ❤️ was the first baby being adjusted in our new healing space. She set the tone for our new journey. I am so grateful to and Dr. Angie Nation for allowing me to be a part of their vision! Time to help heal more people! 🤲

New location coming…. Henderson families….I am coming to you! The time has come for me to serve in your neighborhood! Beginning October 16, Dr. Koury will be in Henderson on Thursday’s from 2-5. Our newest team Chiropractor Dr. Katie will be covering our Centennial Hills office on Thursday afternoon’s.

Big news….we have a new Doctor joining our team! Please welcome…

Dr. Katie Radabaugh is a dedicated perinatal chiropractor with a passion for supporting growing families. Currently pursuing her pediatric specialization, she brings compassionate, expert care to parents and little ones alike. Dr. Katie is a loving mom, dog mom, and military spouse. She has been practicing for the past six years in Colorado, the Florida Panhandle, and now Las Vegas, where she’s excited to serve and support families in this next chapter.

Stay tuned…we will be expanding and opening a second location in Henderson in the upcoming weeks!
