A whole session captured in 30s.

Jaw pain. TMJ. Sinus congestion. Disrupted sleep. Ear fullness. Shallow breathing. Tension headaches.

And for so many people — fibromyalgia, lupus, Lyme disease, MS, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune conditions, POTS — these symptoms layer on top of everything else, making the body feel like it’s constantly at war with itself.
