The longer a compensation stays in place, the more “normal” it starts to feel.
You adapt. You work around it. You just want to be strong and you do not want to be limited so you tell yourself this is just how your body is now.
But that new “normal” is often your body doing extra work because of old injuries, surgeries or stresses that your body has not healed from.
Over time, these compensations turn into stiffness, tension, and pain that keeps coming back.
You don’t have to keep living in this new “normal”.
