As of March 1, 2026, Escalante at The Lakes has transitioned to new ownership and management and now operates as Valencia at The Lakes, managed by Tide Group.

Our priority throughout this transition is ensuring stability, continuity of care, and a smooth experience for residents and families. Tide Group brings extensive experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care communities, with a mission to relieve suffering, spread joy, and empower communities.

We will continue communicating with residents and families as we move through this transition and share additional information in the coming weeks.

We look forward to this next chapter at Valencia at The Lakes 💛

What a way to ring in the New Year at Escalante at the Lakes! 🎉✨
Today’s New Year’s Prom was an absolute blast, and our community truly showed up in style. From the decorations to the dancing, the energy was unforgettable!

A huge congratulations to our Prom Queen, Ms. Mary, and Prom King, Marc 👑 it was a close call, but they brought it home and wore their crowns proudly! And of course, a BIG shoutout to our incredible entertainer Michael, who kept the excitement high and the dance floor full all afternoon. He truly made our New Year’s Prom one to remember!

What makes celebrations like this so special is our amazing community. Sharing laughter, music, and memories with our residents is what we love most, and this party was the perfect way to celebrate a fantastic year together. We are so grateful for the joy, connection, and sense of family that fills Escalante at the Lakes every single day. 💙

Today we say see you later to our amazing Executive Director, Gus. 💙
Gus has truly made a lasting impact on our community here at Escalante at the Lakes. His leadership, dedication, and heart for our residents and staff have made a difference that will not be forgotten. While it’s sad to see him go, we are incredibly grateful to watch him grow and take on his next chapter. We know he will continue making great differences in the world as he steps into his well-deserved promotion.

We would also like to send a special thank you to Gus for treating our directors to a wonderful Christmas dinner—the smiles in these photos say it all! 🎄✨ It was such a thoughtful way to celebrate the season and show appreciation.

Yesterday, we had the joy of hosting a special Christmas party for our residents at Escalante at the Lakes. ❤️

Around this time of year, it can be especially difficult for some residents who may not have family nearby or aren’t able to see them often. That’s why we wanted to make yesterday extra meaningful and give back to our residents in a big way.

From laughter and smiles to heartfelt moments, the day was filled with love, connection, and holiday cheer. ✨ We are so grateful to be part of a community where every resident is cherished and celebrated.

Today we gathered as a community at Escalante at the Lakes to celebrate the life of our dear resident, Richard 🤍
It was a beautiful time of remembrance, reflection, and shared stories as we honored the life he lived and the memories he leaves behind. Richard will always hold a special place in our hearts, and he will be deeply missed by residents, staff, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate his life and support one another during this meaningful moment. Our community is truly a family.

🎄✨ All-Staff Christmas Party Celebration ✨🎄

Today was a truly special day as we took time to give back and celebrate our amazing staff who go above and beyond every single day to care for our residents here at Escalante at the Lakes. Your dedication, compassion, and hard work do not go unnoticed, and today was all about saying THANK YOU!

A huge thank you to our Executive Director, Gus, and his son for grilling the most delicious street tacos, absolutely yummy! 🌮👏

Big shout out to Marjolijn, Crystal, and Michelle for helping decorate and bring this big event together ,it looked fantastic!

And of course, on the 18th day of Christmas, we’re still celebrating Spirit Week 🎅❄️ today we honored Frosty the Snowman, and we loved seeing all our amazing staff who came dressed in all white! 🤍⛄

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Channel 13 News for choosing our community and spending time with us! Our resident Marc had the wonderful opportunity to share his story, his experience living at Escalante at the Lakes, and what this holiday season means to him.

A special shoutout to Shelly she was so kind, welcoming, and truly made Marc and our community feel comfortable and valued. We are incredibly grateful for such a sweet and inviting presence.

🎄 It’s the 8th Day of Christmas at Escalante at the Lakes! 🎄

With the holidays right around the corner, what better way to celebrate than getting into the kitchen with our chef for a festive cookie-making session! 🍪✨

Today our residents had a blast making cookies for Santa and of course leaving out some milk! But since it is only the 8th day of Christmas… we figured we could sneak a little bite and a sip ourselves before the big night arrives. 😉🎅

The joy, laughter, and sweet smells filled our community today, reminding us how special this season truly is.

🎄 Creative Corner at Escalante at The Lakes! 🎄

Today was a joyful day in our community! Our residents had a great time creating a fun “Santa going down the chimney” craft there was plenty of laughter and holiday cheer all around. 🎅🏽✨
We also had one of our wonderful residents lead Bible Study. At Escalante at The Lakes, we proudly respect and honor the diverse religious beliefs of our community members, creating a welcoming space for everyone. ❤️
