3 Nutrition Mistakes That Slow Progress
A lot of women are putting in the work at Sweat Zone… but sometimes progress stalls because of a few simple nutrition habits.

Here are three we see the most:

1️⃣ Not eating enough protein
Protein supports muscle, recovery, and helps keep you full longer.
2️⃣ Skipping meals during the day
This usually leads to extreme hunger later and overeating at night.
3️⃣ Letting the weekend erase the week
Consistency is what drives results. A few mindful choices over the weekend make a big difference.

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. Focus on the basics, stay consistent, and the results will follow.

As we head into the weekend, remember that progress isn’t just built Monday–Thursday… it’s built through the small habits we keep every day.
Weekends are for enjoying life, spending time with family, and recharging but they’re also a great time to stay mindful of the goals you’ve been working toward all week.

You don’t have to be perfect. Just stay aware:
✔ Move your body
✔ Make a few good nutrition choices
✔ Stay hydrated
✔ Keep your mindset strong

A little consistency now means you won’t feel like you’re starting from scratch on Monday.

Quick check, how many steps are you actually getting per day?
Not guessing. Actually averaging.
A lot of people think they’re active because they work out. But if you sit most of the day, your total movement is still low.

Daily steps:
– Support fat loss
– Help manage stress
– Improve recovery
– Keep your body from feeling stiff and inflamed

This isn’t extreme. It’s basic.
Aim for 8–10k.
If you’re not there yet, don’t overcomplicate it:
• 10-minute walk after meals
• Short walk in the morning
• Park further
• Evening walk instead of scrolling

Small effort. Big return.

What you do alone matters.
No one claps for going to bed on time.
No one sees you choosing water over soda.
No one posts your evening walk.
But your body keeps score.

When you make protein the focus at breakfast, everything changes:
– You stay full longer
– Energy feels steady
– Cravings calm down
– It’s easier to stay on track the rest of the day

This week, let’s try something together.
Before you build your breakfast, ask:
