Fairly detailed Tai Chi study regarding health benefits. This may be too long of a read for some but feel free to skim sections as you see fit. One important thing to keep in mind if you are still young is that as most of these studies detail the benefits of Tai Chi at older age but fail to mention that the earlier you start the better you will be at Tai Chi when you become older.
