Collegiate Scouting (CS) representatives provide student athletes and their families the training, tools, support, review of various documents that will assist them through the college reviewing and recruitment process, including:
- Player, Coach, and Parent roles and responsibilities
- College Recruiting Guidelines - adhered to NCAA and NAIA Compliance.
- Letter writing to college coaches.
- Communication guidelines Freshman to Senior Years adhering to NCAA and
NAIA Guidelines.
- Reviewing checklists for college visits
- Financial Aid Guidelines, training, and timeframes
- Act a liaison/coordinator with College Coaches in assisting student athletes with obtaining scholarships - both athletic and academic
- Assist student athletes with the type of courses to earn their degree.
- Assist attending various Showcase type events, where the student athlete will be observed from walking from a parking area to the athletic fields, as well as, demonstrating their skills while playing their sport.
- Guidance to parents, whereas their conduct will be observed as well.
- Provide student athletes with a "players‘ card", to distribute to College Scouts/Coaches when approached during a Showcase. In Addition
- Collegiate Scouting (CS) provides live streaming of showcases, to share the link with family members who cannot attend events, and most importantly, College Coaches to view their skill set during a "live event" which is very valuable.
- Collegiate Scouting (CS) will conduct various Camps and Clinics on training techniques and skills evaluation throughout the United States by request, and scheduled clinics in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
