Losing the weight was a major accomplishment, but my beautiful patient still felt like something was missing in her overall shape. 🤍

She wanted to restore breast fullness and perkiness without implants, and to address the extra tissue near her armpits.

My surgical plan for her included a breast lift to reshape and elevate the breasts, natural breast augmentation with fat transfer to restore soft volume, and axillary breast tissue removal to create a smoother, more refined contour.

From the side, she felt her nose curved downward in a way that weighed down her features. She wanted a more feminine slope and softer balance.

Breast reduction is about so much more than size—it’s about comfort, proportion, and feeling at home in your own body again. 💖

This patient had been dealing with chronic back pain from the weight of her breasts. They felt heavy and overwhelming on her frame. During surgery, I reduced the excess tissue, reshaped the breast, and lifted everything to create a perkier, more balanced contour that complements her natural proportions. 👩‍⚕️💫

These photos are just 3 weeks post op, so this is still an early result. Swelling will continue to settle, but even now you can see how much lighter and more lifted her breasts look. 🙌
