This wonderful patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts and make them more symmetric. She underwent augmentation with different size silicone implants placed partially under the muscle. Addition pocket work included lowering her left inframammary fold to better match the right side. She’s thrilled with her results and so am I!

✨Transformation Thursday✨From Dr. Kayastha: this wonderful patient needed a hysterectomy and wanted to improve the appearance of her midsection at the same time. Dr. Kayastha was able to work with her Gyn doctor and complete a tummy tuck and flank liposuction at the time of her hysterectomy. Here she is fully recovered, and enjoying her new shapely midsection.
