Today was our Secret Santa and Cookie Exchange! Everyone in the office got to pick out a gift for one of their coworkers! We also made some of our favorite holiday sweet treats! Do you have a favorite holiday treat? 🍪🧁🍫🎁

Each year we “adopt” a family in need around the holiday season. This year our family was a mother and her two small children. We received a list with some needs and wishes for Christmas. Each person in the office picked a few items off the list to purchase. As you can tell, we might have gotten a bit carried away, we love giving and wanted this family to have the most amazing Christmas! It is not too late to help a person in need this season. Many stores have toy drop offs. During this season everyone deserves to enjoy their holiday! 🎄❤️🕎

Approximately 1.2 million people are living with HIV.

Over 422 million people worldwide have diabetes. 1.2 Million Americans are diagnosed each year and 97.6 Million American adults are living with prediabetes. Diabetes may be managed with monitoring, medication, diet and lifestyle changes. If you have diabetes it is also important to get your eyes checked regularly. This is called a Diabetic Eye Exam. This month we will be dedicating a day to wear blue to show our support💙
