The Center For Family Practice provides quality healthcare to families in the Capital District. Welcome to our page!

Our practice is accepting new patients for our medical providers, as well as our aesthetics and cosmetic departments. We offer free consults for Dysport (Botox) and fillers, and for our aesthetic treatments. A few examples include lip fillers, under eye fillers, HydraFacials and chemical peels! We'd love to have you join us on your healthcare journey, give us a call to schedule and appointment.

You can lower your risk of heart issues by exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, quitting smoking and to***co products, limiting alcohol consumption, and learning about your family health history❤️‍🩹

You can prevent issues by:
Warm Up: Stretch and warm up muscles for a few minutes before starting.
Push, Don't Lift: Push the snow instead of lifting, and bend your knees, not your back.
Take Breaks: Pace yourself and rest frequently, especially if the snow is heavy.
Recognize Warning Signs: Stop immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or pain radiating to the jaw/arm.
Seek Help: If you are over 40 or have a sedentary lifestyle, consider hiring help or using a snow blower.

If you don't have to, don't risk hurting yourself. It is okay to ask for help!

If left untreated, glaucoma can lead to blindness. However, with early detection and advanced modern treatments, blindness is now considered a rare outcome of the condition. There is no cure for Glaucoma and vision loss caused by the disease’s progression. However, medications and surgical treatments can help slow or halt further vision deterioration. More than 2.7 million Americans over age 40 have glaucoma. When was the last time you had your eyes checked?👀
