Our 90-minute sessions are designed using a "Heavy to Light" flow—starting with big "heavy work" to organize the nervous system and finishing with precise fine motor tasks at the table. It’s the perfect balance of high-energy play and focused skill-building.

When: Saturday, March 14th | 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Another fun Motor Group in the books! This week, we warmed up with some heavy work with pushing the gold coins across the rainbow road to the pot of gold! We worked on our direction following, used our big muscles, and challenged our balance and coordination through a super fun obstacle course. We used fun sensory tiles while listening to an interactive story! And we ended with a silly St. Patrick’s Day freeze dance!

Our first Saturday motor group was a smashing success!! The kids had so much fun working on their balance, coordination, following directions, and with sensory play!
