Are you curious about cooking , but you don't like the soft texture of it?

Well, a couple of our Lathrop Team members are , and they are always questioned on how to make tofu without the "soggy" consistency.

Here is a to cook tofu with a more firm-like-texture oppose to a softer texture.

1. Take the tofu out of the package and drain the water.
2. Wrap the tofu in a clean towel.
3. Place a heavy enough object on top of the wrapped tofu, to allow channeling of water from tofu to cloth.
4. Cut the tofu in preferred size pieces and fry them with oil until you have a golden brown color on both sides.

! You can eat the tofu pieces alone or add a pairing of your choice directly on top of the tofu once it's fried.
