An hour massage can give you similar benefits to 7-8 hours of sleep!!
A massage provides the restorative effects of reducing stress hormones while increasing feel good hormones of endorphins and serotonin. It can also calm the nervous system, improve the immune system, improve circulation, and promote mental clarity!
So while 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep sounds magical, an hour massage (or longer…90 or 120 minutes) is much easier to fit into most schedules!
