🔹 Meet Julia - one of our excellent coaches! 🔸
Julia Lang is a golf performance coach and former collegiate athlete who blends science-based training with real-world athletic experience. A 2017 graduate of Mercyhurst University, she was a standout softball player and earned All-American honors her sophomore year.
After beginning her career as a Director of Marketing for a financial planning firm, Julia followed her lifelong passion for athlete development and movement. In 2019, a chance opportunity led her to My Fitness Kitchen, where she earned her certifications and developed as a coach under expert mentorship before stepping into independent coaching. She continues to invest heavily in her education, including Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 and Fitness Level 2 certifications, with a strong emphasis on mobility, strength, speed, and long-term performance.
While Julia has a deep passion for training golfers and helping them move better, swing faster, and stay healthy for life, she works with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels - athletes and non-athletes alike. Outside of the gym, she can often be found on the golf course, running, hiking, skiing in the winter, reading, or expressing her creative side through drawing and painting. While previously not self-described as a “people person,” Julia has found her true calling in coaching and loves communicating and helping others unlock their potential. She believes that everyone is an athlete in their own way and that movement is truly medicine.
