‼️Talk about a posture pick-me-up‼️
It’s profound results like this that make me jump up and down clapping (I really do, don’t laugh)
I love this work. Seeing the immediate change is so rewarding. Not to mention the immediate relief that occurs that wasn’t even known to be needed! The body compensates with injury, repetitive motion, muscle memory from poor posture, etc. Over time your body learns how to hold itself together incorrectly. Ever find yourself rolling your shoulders back throughout the day and just can’t get relief?
The comparison below is after just one session of 60 minutes. I integrate whatever tools I feel are needed during the session (hot stones, scraping, cupping, etc). For even better initial results and lasting change, I recommend 90 minutes for upper body and 2 hours for full body. Return two weeks later for a shorter session to revisit areas that feel need more attention and to keep everything else where it needs to be.
