St Croix Medical Group would like to invite you to take part in our upcoming health fair, made possible with the support Broward, Florida Mobile Mammography and University of Miami Health System. Our goal is to team up with local businesses to provide Free Health Screening and wellness resources.
This free, community-wide event will emphasize on cancer awareness for Breast, Colon, and Prostate. St Croix Medical Group is committed to improving the quality of life in the Broward County area by encouraging individuals to take charge of their health through quarterly screening and promoting local business. We invite all residents in Broward County area

For your information, the event details are provided below.
Date of health fair: Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
Location: 4010 Northwest 34th St Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33309
Exhibitors\Vendors
Set up Time: 9:00 am. Break down: 2:00pm.

***Vendors/Exhibitor must provide their own equipment ie: canopies, tables, chairs etc.

REGISTRATION: Vendor Forms must be submitted by April 1, 2023!

The Mammogram is available to all women, insured or uninsured – No out-of-pocket expenses. Appointments are from 8:15 am – 3:00pm.

There will be free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, menu planning tips and tricks, and complimentary healthy snacks! our nurse practitioner, Barnette Benoit, will be present and answer any questions.
