Each Sunday session is over Zoom and is 1.5 hours long and will include a brief check-in, a teaching about the current phase of the moon, and a mindfulness activity.

What I hear from so many of my friends, relatives, patients and students is how they are feeling a pull to get centered so they can do that important work for the collective. Whatever that work is doesn't just mean going to one's actual job, though it certainly can. But it can mean something they volunteer for, raising their kids, caring for their elders, voting, and more. In response, Amazon Grove proudly presents: Between Breaths - a new monthly lunar offering.

Each lunar month will have a theme inspired by both the solar season (winter, spring, fall, summer) and the lunar season that each moon cycle ushers in. Sessions will be given via Zoom at 7pm EST. Join us for each lunar cycle (~3 sessions a month), or for multiple months.

Each session will be 1.5 hours long with a 10-15 minute break. We will begin each session with a brief check in and then move onto a mindfulness practice. I will also share some spiritual and energetic practices as well as strategies to stay well so you can show up to that work you are called to do. Please note - this is not a healing session per se, although many people have said that they receive a good healing through the learning space and community provided.

This event will be offered with a sliding scale. Would you like to sponsor someone's admission? Choose generous admission. Would you deeply appreciate participating but cannot afford the monthly price? Do you need to set up a different payment plan where you could pay weekly?
