This was last year, 2023!

We are contributing to the LARS’ Thanksgiving Baskets (last day for donations is tomorrow by 12 PM) for 2024.

We are also collecting donations for the LARS’ “Holiday of Hope” Christmas food baskets as well as their toy/gift collection that helps over 500+ local, Laurel families- 800+ children.

Please share our post- just ONE toy can make a huge difference for a child in-need!

Our Holidays of Hope collection boxes for LARS- Laurel Advocacy and Resource Services - are looking a bit empty.

Will you help us fill them?

Thanksgiving food needs to be delivered to LARS next Friday, November 15. Donations can be dropped off or delivered to our office during our regular business hours.

WE NEED:
canned vegetables: corn, yams, cranberry sauce
instant potatoes
white rice
gravy packets and jars of gravy
boxes of stuffing
boxes mac and cheese
cooking oil
cornbread mix
cookie or cake mix
maseca or flour
OR - gift cards to local grocery stores

LARS provides over 500 local families with Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets and over 800 children with Christmas gifts.

Non-perishable foods needed: packets of instant mashed potatoes, jars of gravy, canned vegetables: sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, corn, mixed vegetables, stuffing/dressing, corn bread mix, and dessert: cake mix and frosting, brownie mix or cookie dough mix.
