Despite having significant osteoarthritis in both knees, Rosalee is able to power through her aquatics program without rest breaks or reports of pain. Challenging the leg muscles in a low impact environment is always a good game plan! Awesome work Rosalee in Reisterstown!

2 months ago Chester was unable to lift a 1 lb weight overhead due to a rotator cuff tear. Here he is today demonstrating a portion of his program and showing off lifting a 7 lb weight overhead multiple times! Way to go Chester!

James started PT in Reisterstown 4 weeks ago with noted upper extremity range of motion limitations and the early stages of frozen shoulder. With a combination of manual therapy and sticking to his home exercise program he is graduating today without any restrictions. He is now considering coming to the rescue of the Orioles starting pitching rotation!😂⚾️ 🧡
