Rachelle Levy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has over 13 years of behavioral health nursing experience. Her experience in this field ranges from inpatient to outpatient psychiatric nursing. She earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rush University which equipped her with the knowledge and skills to appropriately assess, treat, and manage those with psychiatric challenges. Throughout Rachelle’s nursing career she has always been attuned to the particular needs of and unique care required for each patient.

Rachelle’s approach to care includes patient-centered care plans, conservative prescribing practices, and wholistic consideration towards patient outcomes. She can’t wait to be a partner in your journey towards wellness.
