We’re back for Round 3! 🎉

Our Virtual Teen Mental Health Workshop is coming back for its third cohort and we’re so excited to keep this going with our community 💬✨ We’ve gotten positive feedback from teens and parents, and it’s been really nice seeing how much this group has helped support our teens.

If your teen hasn’t joined us yet, this is a great time to sign up! It’s a free, supportive space where teens can connect, learn, and just be themselves.

And if you know another parent or teen who might be interested, feel free to pass this along 📢

We’d love to have you be part of it 💚

This week, our clinical supervisor Dr. D and clinical intern Brittney Dorsey had a wonderful time at Laurel High School talking with students about personal boundaries and safety. The students were engaged, curious, and full of great questions! Thank you to Laurel High for inviting us—we loved connecting and sharing helpful resources with our community’s youth.
