Basic office work: Answering phones, helping customers, taking proper messages, filing, stocking inventory (small family owned parts store), quarterly inventory count, payment processing. Quickbooks knowledge a plus, but not required (will train the right individual). Assisting office manager.

Part Time Hours:

Wednesday - Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm

Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm

NO SUNDAYS

Hours must be flexible with possibility of working occasional Mondays or Tuesdays (these will be scheduled in advance).
