Our Hello Spring Sound Bath is TOMORROW!! 🌸
We are getting ready and are so excited!!
How can you get ready?

🌷 Carve out plenty of time to be there a few minutes before 5pm.

🌺 Dress in layers, as energy work can cause temperature changes.

💐 Bring something to lay on, like a mat or camping pad, blankets and pillows. Whatever will make you comfortable as you’re laying down and letting the sounds wash over you. 🎶 💦

🌱 Tissues and water, as energy work can be dehydrating and releasing.

When you go to facilitate a retreat sound bath, and you experience a shift yourself…🎶✨
The energy at Source Healing Center retreat was powerful, palpable, healing and inspiring. 💖
Dr’s Sarah & Chance are truly amazing!
Sound bath swirling in the mix was something that I can’t even put into words. 🎶

Cherry on top was seeing the northern lights as I drove home in my sound coma.
Grateful to have made it without incident. 😅

I woke up with a whole new, fresh perspective! 🌞
