🥦 Weekend Wellness Challenge
Did you know that only about 1 in 10 U.S. adults eat the recommended amount of vegetables each day?
This weekend’s challenge:
🥕 If you don’t usually add vegetables to your meals, add one serving each day.
🥗Already eating vegetables at one meal (like dinner)? Try adding them to another meal, like breakfast or lunch!
Small changes like this can help improve energy, support weight goals, and lower the risk of future health concerns.
