Position: Supervisor-in-Charge
2nd shift, 3rd shift and weekend positions available.

Trainings:
CPR
First aid
Medication Administration Competency
LHPS (Competency Validation and Licensed Health Professional Support Tasks)

Qualifications :
Be 21 years or older
Be a high school graduate or certified under the GED program or have passed an alternative examination established by the Department of Health and Human Services
Have six months training or experience related to management or supervision in long term care of health care settings or be a licensed health professional, licensed nursing home administrator or certified assisted living administrator; and
Earn 12 hours a year of continuing education credits related to the management of adult care homes or care of aged and disabled persons

Focus Community is dedicated to helping those who may need jobs, especially during these hard times and beyond. We have outlined what trainings you must have prior to applying since some trainings must be done face-to-face. You must also be willing to stay in one of our empty facilities to quarantine for 14 days prior to working. You will be provided with masks, gloves and other appropriate products to keep you and our residents safe. You will also be subject to temperature checks. Again, the trainings mentioned below are trainings you must already have. Other trainings that are not listed will be done in-house.
