Everyone say hello to this week’s client of the week: Coco! Coco ended up at Tallgrass after she drove by and saw it one day, and decided to look up Tallgrass to see what we were all about. She contacted Shannon, and little did she know Tallgrass would impact her so much! Coco felt inadequate lifting weights at commercial gyms, and she wanted a comfortable, intimate setting to learn how to properly lift weights. This girl has become incredibly strong and one of the most seasoned lifters at Tallgrass! 💪 She loves to keep coming into Tallgrass because of the knowledgeable trainers and every week she learns something new! Although she has numerous exercises that she is fond of, a few of her favorites include barbell hip thrusts and lat pulldowns. When asked what her least favorite exercises were she didn’t hesitate to say Bulgarian split squats (isn’t that everyone’s least favorite?! Haha!) and side planks. Coco wants other people to know that Tallgrass is a welcoming space to all types of people, and she’s never felt uncomfortable or judged for having tattoos. It is a beautiful thing to witness different types of people coming in to work on their fitness goals. During her interview Coco said, “If you’re new, scared, and don’t know where to start, try Tallgrass! It’s been life-changing for me!” We love that your energy, Coco! 🩷
