Respiratory illnesses are currently circulating in our community. We want to make sure parents can get their child the care they need as soon as possible.

For most non-emergency symptoms, children can be seen at our walk-in clinic on weekdays from 8-10 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Same-day appointments may also be available based on your child’s provider availability.

If your child has not yet received a flu vaccine, it is still recommended. The flu shot helps reduce the risk of severe illness and complications.

All of our pediatricians are board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and active members of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Our pediatric care team will continue to base our recommendations for immunizations on the AAP’s evidence-based scientific guidelines.

Meet Alana 👋
She is starting this week as a Patient Service Representative and will be one of the friendly faces helping families feel welcome from the first hello. We are so glad to have her on our team at Panda Pediatrics.

Panda Pediatrics employees showed up for families in a big way. 💙
During our December food drive, Panda staff collected 458 pounds of food for Heartland’s Care Cupboard. That impact adds up to:
• Nearly 380 meals
• Enough food to feed a mom and two kids for about four months
• Support for 50 families for a full week
• The equivalent of 15 full grocery carts

We are so proud of this team and the care they bring to families every day, both in and out of the clinic.

As we head into the new year, we want to say thank you for trusting us with your family’s care in 2025. It has been an honor to be part of your child’s health journey.

Our clinics will be closed on January 1 and will reopen on January 2.

Just a reminder that the flu vaccine really does help protect kids from getting really sick. Last season it was 63% - 78% effective for preventing hospitalization in children, according to data from the CDC.

And no, December is not too late for a flu shot; it's actually an excellent time. They'll be protected during holiday travel, gatherings, and the rest of the flu season. (785) 842-4477.
