Today was our first Mom & baby yoga class 🎉🎉 It turned out to be adorable! I loved how mom and baby got to play, interact and practice yoga in such a positive environment. In the ancient village where children were raised with the help of the people in it, was a beautiful organic process. The youth brought new life into the presence of the elderly and the elderly provided guidance and safety for the youth. The village was the beginning and end of their outer world and there was no place else to go. Today our world has become so independent yet at times may feel lonely, especially when raising little once’s. With little people life needs to be taken at a slower pace. My little one allows me to slow down and remember the important things in life. I believe strongly that moms and babies do well when they get together 👩‍🍼👶☺️👶👩‍🍼
