🍂❄️ This is the official last week of fall and the beginning of winter… and that means cozy nights, family gatherings, holiday traditions, and time together. ❤️

But for so many people with neuropathy, winter can also mean:
• More burning and tingling
• Colder feet that feel numb
• Fear of slipping and falling
• Sitting out on walks and activities

My heart is always with those who want to enjoy time with their family—but feel limited by nerve pain. You deserve to be present for the memories, not held back by discomfort or fear.

✨ This winter, let’s focus on healing, not just “getting through.”
And yes… we have another Neuropathy Seminar coming in January for anyone ready to learn what real options exist.

Comment WINTER if you want early details when registration opens.

🍲 Golden Anti-Inflammatory Chicken & Veggie Soup

(Warming, gut-friendly, nerve-supporting)

✅ Why This Helps Inflammation:

This recipe is loaded with:

Turmeric & ginger – powerful anti-inflammatory spices
Garlic & onion – immune and circulation support
Bone broth – gut healing + joint support
Leafy greens & colorful veggies – antioxidants + nerve nutrients

🛒 Ingredients:

1 lb organic chicken breast or thighs
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 sweet onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1–2 tsp turmeric
3 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup chopped kale or spinach
6–8 cups bone broth
Juice of ½ lemon
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of cayenne for circulation

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for 2–3 minutes.
Add turmeric, carrots, and celery. Stir well.
Pour in bone broth and add chicken.
Simmer 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Remove chicken, shred it, then return to pot.
Add zucchini and greens. Simmer 5 more minutes.
Finish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

💡 Pro Tip for Neuropathy Patients:

Pair this soup with:
✅ A short daily walk
✅ Proper hydration
✅ Quality sleep
✅ Targeted nerve therapies

Food doesn’t replace treatment—but it can dramatically support healing.

Food is either feeding inflammation… or fighting it.
Choose wisely this winter. 💛

✨ And yes… I’ll be sharing more nutrition strategies like this at our January Neuropathy Seminar.

One small daily habit that helps neuropathy…

Neuropathy solutions aren’t only in the doctor’s office. What you do at home matters just as much.

One of my favorite simple habits for my neuropathy patients:
🚶‍♂️ Short, frequent movement.

Instead of forcing a 45-minute walk that flares your pain, try:

5–10 minute walks, 3–5 times a day

Gentle ankle/foot pumps while you sit

Marching in place while holding the kitchen counter for balance

Movement is like oxygen for your nerves. Too much at once can flare you. The right amount, spread throughout the day, can help bring them back to life.

Want more at-home tips? I’m putting together a special handout for our January neuropathy seminar attendees.

3 signs of neuropathy people ignore until it’s BAD…

Most people wait way too long to get help. Here are 3 early warning signs of neuropathy I see all the time:

1️⃣ Your feet feel like they’re walking on wrinkled socks or bunched-up fabric inside your shoes.

2️⃣ You have burning, zapping, or electric pains at night that make it hard to sleep.

3️⃣ You’re starting to lose your balance, grab walls or furniture, or feel “unsteady” on uneven ground.

These are NOT random. They’re your nerves waving a big red flag. 🚩

The good news? The earlier we start working on the root cause, the better chance we have to reverse the damage.

It’s not just getting older... 👵👴

Pins and needles are NOT a normal part of aging. 😔

If your feet burn🔥when you go to bed, or your hands feel like they’re in thick gloves, that’s not “just getting older."

Those are classic signs of peripheral neuropathy – and it means your nerves are struggling to communicate with the rest of your body. 🧠

In our office, we don’t just mask symptoms. We look for the underlying reasons your nerves are breaking down and use our RESTORE healing framework to actually help them heal.

You deserve more than, “There’s nothing we can do.”

👉 If this sounds like you, send us a message with the word NEURO and we’ll send details on our neuropathy assessment special.

Psst… a new neuropathy seminar is coming in January. If you missed the last one, you’ll want to watch for that announcement. 👀

For months I was exhausted, not sleeping, feeling off in my body—and I kept telling myself it was just stress or training.

It wasn’t.

My progesterone was low… and that alone explained my broken sleep, mood shifts, and recovery issues. On top of that, I had joint pain I never connected to hormones. Now that my levels are improving?

✔️ I’m sleeping again
✔️ My joint pain is gone
✔️ My energy is coming back

And let’s talk about something women are rarely told, we NEED testosterone too. It affects strength, confidence, libido, mental drive, and body composition.

If your doctor won’t test your hormones, or dismisses your symptoms, you deserve better. Period.

You are not broken.
You are not lazy.
You are not “just aging.”

Sometimes your body is simply asking for support.

🎄 Feeling extra grateful today! 🎄

Just wanted to take a moment to brag on both of our amazing teams at Baldwin and Lawrence Amplify Life Centers. From day one, every single person has poured their heart into what we do, and it truly shows. We’re not just coworkers; we’re a family that supports each other, lifts each other up, and makes every day a little brighter.

Our Christmas party this year was the perfect reminder of how lucky we are. So much laughter, good food, inside jokes, and memories made. It’s moments like these that remind us why we love being part of this team so much.

To everyone in our Amplify family: thank you for showing up, for caring the way you do, and for making both centers feel like home to our patients. ❤️
Here’s to more growth, more joy, and many more celebrations together!

Cooking is truly my love language. ❤️
It’s where I slow down, create, nourish, and connect.
Whether it’s for my family, my grandkids, or the people I love — feeding others feels like giving a piece of my heart.

What’s your love language?
