We heard your feedback, and we want it to be easier to connect with us. Starting Monday, Feb. 9, we will be implementing a new call system designed to help you:
✔️Spend less time waiting
✔️Get connected faster
✔️Communicate more easily with your care team
When you call, you will be greeted by a team member (not an automatic system) who will connect you directly to the right department.
If the team you need is not immediately available, we will explain your options and let you know what to expect, including voicemail or a callback when appropriate.
