Waystone Health & Human Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults (22+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities across residential group homes in the Merrimack Valley. Our slower-paced residential settings allow clinicians to focus on individualized care, meaningful connections, and person-centered behavioral support—without the pressure of traditional clinical environments.

📍 Merrimack Valley (primary locations: Methuen & Haverhill)
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
💼 Full-time, exempt
💲 $80,000–$82,000 annually

Thank you to the Essex County Community Foundation (ECCF) for supporting programs that build life skills, creativity, and connection at Waystone Health and Human Services.

With this support, participants are gaining hands-on experience in the kitchen through Cooking Classes with Michele Martin, learning valuable skills like meal preparation, budgeting, and kitchen safety. They are also exploring self-expression and connection through Roman Music Therapy Services and Angel Care Kids, where music and play-based therapy create meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

These programs help individuals grow in confidence, independence, and community—and we are incredibly grateful to ECCF for their support.

We are deeply grateful to the Tower Foundation for supporting programs that empower and uplift the individuals we serve at Waystone Health and Human Services.

Through this funding, participants have experienced the transformative benefits of equine therapy at Strongwater Farm, building confidence, strength, and emotional connection. They’ve also found joy and self-expression through Hip Hop Dance and African Drumming with Izizwe Dance Studio, where movement, culture, and creativity come together.

These opportunities create space for growth, confidence, and belonging and we are so thankful to the Tower Foundation for making it possible.

The Beginning of Fidelity House CRC

Fidelity House CRC began in 1968 when an agency that would later evolve into Career Resources Corporation (CRC) opened a traditional sheltered workshop, providing meaningful work activities for adults with developmental disabilities. In 1971, Fidelity House, Inc. was founded as a single group home in Lawrence, an alternative to placement in a state institution for eight adults with disabilities. Both agencies have continuously expanded services, creating new housing options and providing a wide variety of supportive services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities or other significant challenges. In 2019, Fidelity House, Inc. and CRC merged into one organization for the purpose of further enhancing services, improving efficiency and increasing the capacity for future innovation.
