Congratulations Matt! Employee of the Quarter👍🤝❤

Matt is so incredibly hardworking and devoted to the consumers and staff at Cottonwood. Of course, he does what’s expected of him, completes the tasks and jobs assigned, but he also frequently goes out of his way to do extra for the consumers, always going above and trying his best to serve and care for everyone in all of his houses. The way he acts just with the Terrace ladies you’d think he only has one house to worry about, but nope! Just some things that the ladies at Terrace have said about him are: “He KNOWS what he’s doin’!” “He always helps me and he talks me through my feelings and I feel better after.” “Who’s coming in tonight? Oh, Matt? Oh that’s great, I like that.” “Matt makes the best pancakes, no offense, but his are so good.”

The consumers I get to work with adore and think the world of him. And you don’t get to that place by not working very hard for that. Not many pass their test, and Matt has been working his tail off to help and get to know each of them. Anyway, that’s all to say that his hard work and care do not go unnoticed by us, and he is very valued and cherished here. I’ve enjoyed working with him so much and I hope he stays for a very long time.

He’d better!
