Put simply, 2 sensors are placed on the clients scalp, brainwave information from these 2 locactions are sent to an amplifier and then to the NeurOptimal software. The software monitors 16 real time targets, when turbulent brainwave patterns are detected, a feedback event is triggered. The feedback repeatedly interrupts the brainwaves slide into stuck, inefficient and habitual patterns. The software takes advantage of the inherent self-organizing wisdom of the central nervous system to sort out the feedback information about its current functioning and use it to its best advantage.
